The DWPM-1000 certification and test bench is the first fully automatic bench to test and calibrate torque wrenches for torque control and torque and angle electronic torque wrenches.
The desk is also equipped with specific software capable of:


• Manage and classify the torque wrench fleet
• Manage the tests to be carried out such as calibration, simple test homologation certification, etc.
• Manage and create specific tests
• Create and classify certificates

Applications

  • To Calibrate  wrench  in accord to DIN EN ISO6789 based on VDI/VDE2648
  • To Homologate wrenches in accord to DIN EN ISO6789 based on VDI/VDE2648
  • To test accuracy of  wrenches in accord to DIN EN ISO6789 based on VDI/VDE2648

Strengths

  • Torque range ( 2-1000) N*m , Class 0.2*
  • Rotation angle run range ±  360°,positioning accuracy ± 0,011°
  • Maximum run speed ± 60° per second
  • Clamping length specimen ( 136-1590 mm)
  • Test program in accord with DIN EN iSO 6789 and based on VDI/VDE 2648
  • Table can be rotated by 90° for investigating gravitational influences
  • Positive click can be heard and felt when torque is reached.
