Description

The arms of the CA series can be equipped with different position sensors (up to 3) on the different movement axes for accurate control of the assembly sequences even in the most complex machining operations. In fact, the only arms of their kind can also be equipped in combination both with two rotational sensors on the main movement axes (A1 and A2) and with extension sensors (A2) for greater accuracy of the position to be detected.
The vast choice of communication interfaces available make the sensorized arms of the CA series integrable also on proprietary detection platforms
For customers who prefer a complete solution, the CA series arms can be offered in a turnkey solution together with our own software RIGHT WAY® and the sensor management module, becoming an indispensable tool for controlling the tightening process also manager of the various assembly phases with the certainty that the entire production process has been respected and that the traceability of the data has been maintained
